A letter to my readers and friends

Hello my awesome readers and book friends. I am so glad to have met or shared my work with each of you in the past five years! Yikes, five years since the publication of my first book, Unbreakable Love has flown and I wanted to take a second and just talk like we were sitting across from each other in a com-fee chair with a warm cup of something. I wish I could sit with each of you. I'd say thank you for your support, for your friendship. Thanks for reading my stories and leaving reviews. Thanks for critiques and ideas and even criticisms.  Because of you I've grown as a writer and I hope as a friend as well.

I'm super excited for 2017 and wanted to let you know what is going on!
Last year, I mentored and co-wrote Belakane, The Origin of the Secret Keeper Curse with one of my teen-writers. This year, I plan to publish the final book in the Secret Keeper series. It is going to be called Under The Broken Sky and in it Winter and Liam team up with some unlikely allies in search of Belakane. This serious has been intense to write and I've found it is nearly impossible to write a quality finish to this paranormal series unless I immerse in the story. That means little or no time on social media, no big book events and total concentration on the Winter, Liam, and the new characters  you'll meet in Under The Broken Sky. For those of you who are fans of this series, you are going to love the twists and turns of book three. If you haven't read The Secret Keeper(book 1) yet go check it out.  I'm keeping book 1 .99 permanently so you can pick it up for pennies and discover the series for yourself. Here's the Link to Amazon

This may not seem like a big deal to you, but the publishing industry has become fiercely competitive and staying away from social media and advertising means disappearing for awhile. So....even if you don't see me posting or doing promotions, I'm still here, just in my writing cave.

I also have a second series I'm working on this year. It is so fun and focusing on my writing for the next six months to a year means I'll be able to put out the first book in addition to the final Secret Keeper book. The new series has a Rom-com feel to it and will most certainly make you think of a first love from long ago. Five Days, Five Kisses is the name of the book-so watch for that.

Since, I'm not going to be lurking around on Twitter, Instagram, and you know, whatever other social media site is hot, I'm going to post weekly updates for the two projects I mentioned on my blog. Look for those on Fridays! If you check in leave me a comment. I'd love to hear what you think. Until then, happy writing my writer friends and happy reading my lovely, lovely readers!

And as always...may you never need a Secret Keeper!

A new book in a series to love!

Introducing...

Long Lost Neighbors

By: Frances Hoelsema

Gregory Bronson learns he’ll soon be moving away from his neighbor and best friend, Alison Levin. When he tells her the shocking news, she feels her world is being turned upside down. What would she do without Greg? What would Greg do without her?
Fast forward fifteen years. Ali is engaged to Sean Whitman who can provide her with anything she could ever want. While vacationing, however, she runs into Greg. Suddenly she’s not so sure Sean is the one.
Greg finds himself just getting out of a bad relationship when he and Ali reunite. He can’t help but be attracted to her and wonder if the two of them could ever stand a chance.
As the two of them rebuild their friendship, the foundation for something more is set until one day they finally give in to their desires. But after they are interrupted with an emergency, Ali realizes she must make a choice. Will she choose her fiancĂ©, Sean, and go through with a wedding that is already planned and paid for? Or will she give it all up for her friend, Greg, who could give her the one thing Sean doesn’t: all of himself?
Long Lost Neighbors is a clean, contemporary romance that focuses on what it might look like for two best friends to be separated while still young and to reunite later in life. This novel is full of tough life situations, internal struggles and sweet/steamy attraction. The best part is that you can feel good reading it AND sharing it because there's nothing that will make you cringe!   You can find Long Lost Neighbors on Amazon in PAPERBACK for just $8.99 and EBOOK for just $2.99! And as with all of Frances Hoelsema's novels, Long Lost Neighbors is FREE on Kindle Unlimited!   This is the third novel in Frances Hoelsema's Neighbors Series where each novel shows some kind of love connection between neighbors. Though it's the third and last installment, Long Lost Neighbors can be read as a complete standalone novel. For information on her first two novels, click HERE
